We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivated and creative individual to join our college as a Cross College Enrichment Officer.
Working closely with curriculum teams you will develop, coordinate and promote a full range of activities and enrichment opportunities for our learners and members of the college community, as well as being an active member of the college Health & Wellbeing group.
You will add value to the learner experience, developing opportunities for learners that are fun, positive and enriching experiences; offering the best possible programme of activities, whilst supporting improved awareness across the diversity of all cohorts.
You will be a key contact for both staff and learners and will maintain a highly visible presence across both the curriculum areas and the campus; encouraging, supporting and leading by example to inspire a sense of responsibility and community in our learners and enhance their overall college experience in support of the College's core values.

The Department of 14 to 19 curriculum, plays a vital role in the College’s ability to respond to local and regional business needs whilst serving the community we are so proudly a part of. The provision of a high quality support service across the College is therefore central to our success and we are looking for an exceptional candidate to have an opportunity to work as a full time Enrichment Officer in supporting us to achieve our future goal in developing high quality experiences for our learners.
Job Title: Cross College Enrichment Officer (Maternity cover until 31 July 2025)
Salary: Job Family Group 5, SCP 16 £23,195 to SCP 20 £24,610 per annum pro-rata, depending on qualifications and experience
FTE: 0.6 FTE
Hours: 22.2 hours Per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our college as a 0.6 FTE Enrichment Officer. This post holder will develop and promote a broad range of enrichment opportunities for all learners and members of the college community and as an active member of the college Health & Wellbeing group, you will coordinate activities designed to enrich the learner experience, whilst supporting improved awareness across the diversity of all cohorts.
