\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the preparation and design of food menus
- Ensuring high culinary standards are met in each dish
- Preparing ingredients and handling portioning, chopping, and storage
- Complying with and enforcing sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Assisting other cooks during the food assembly process
- Estimating expected food consumption and organizing preparation
- Maintaining a clean, safe work area
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of best cooking practices
- Culinary school diploma is preferred
