A highly regarded firm are looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Dispute Resolution lawyer to join their team in Tonbridge. The Dispute Resolution department specialises in a wide range of areas, including Commercial contracts disputes, Director disputes, Property Litigation, Contested probate, and Insolvency Litigation - both corporate and commercial.
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse caseload and your responsibilities will include handling complex disputes, providing legal advice and strategies, conducting negotiations, and ensuring the highest standards of legal service delivery.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution.
- Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities.
- Have excellent communication skills written and orally.
- Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm.
- Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate.
- Competent IT skills.
