Position Summary

Progress Housing Group are looking for a Commercial Finance Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission to create high-quality homes, support independence, and foster opportunities for individuals and communities.

As a Commercial Finance Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing high quality, timely and accurate development reporting and maintaining the robustness of the underlying development data held within our systems. This role will also assist with the co-ordination of accurate regulatory return (QFS) and provide cover for other team members, particularly on various development finance activities.


What we need you to bring:


Business acumen and commercial awareness with at least 2 years’ experience of accountancy or finance role.
Detailed knowledge of cash flow forecasting and experience in producing detailed and summary financial information.
Ability to follow agreed processes and procedures and work work collaboratively and flexibly within a team.
Strong numeracy skills and able to understand complex financial data.
