Summary
The Best Connection are currently looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative to work at our client's busy parcel storage and distribution site, based in Gosport, Hampshire.
Duties to include, but not limited to: Picking and packing Working from order sheets Moving parcels around the warehouse Getting deliveries ready to be sent out Loading and unloading containers and vehicles Maintaining a safe and clean working environment Previous warehouse experience is essential to be considered for this role. Due to the company having a number of customers in China, you MUST be able to speak, understand and read Mandarin to be considered for this role. A valid counterbalance forklift license is not essential, but would be advantageous.
This is for an immediate start, and an ongoing, full-time position. The company are willing to offer a permanent contract to the right candidate, after a 12-week qualifying period, depending on performance and attendance.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
Starting pay rate of £11.44 per hour.
