Job description:

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our Specialist Team to lead care and support for our client in their home.

This is an opportunity to make a difference to our young clients and their caregivers by providing and leading round the clock care.

We have various shifts patterns including day and night cover available.

Experience and skills:

- You must be a RegisteredNurse

- Able to demonstrate Clinical skills such astracheostomy care, suctioning, nebuliser management, stoma care, gastro feed etc

- Excellent communication and attentive listening skills

- Ability to prioritise the complex needs of our customers

- Competent in completing all necessary paperwork in order to deliver a person centred approach to care
