Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Due to growth we are looking for someone to interview for all roles within Halo ARC. This also means you are responsible for
hiring candidates with the right skills, qualifications and experience to be successful in the given role as well as ensuring they
are the right fit for our business and culture. You must have experience of he automotive/ accident repair industry.




We are creating the next generation of repair centres, driven by a passion for service, quality, and customer focus, and we want
you to be a part of it!




This role will include, but is not limited to:

* Interviewing for all roles at Halo ARC from admin to technical to management
* Take robust notes of interviews to enable feedback to candidates as well as to inform managers of potential successful
candidates
* Able to understand behaviours and personality traits
* Work closely with Recruitment Administrator and managers
* Innovate and provide solutions that enhance and progress our recruitment, onboarding and induction, costs, and efficiencies.

What are we looking for?

* Experience in interviewing a range of roles within the automotive industry from Drivers to Bodyshop Managers
* Knowledge of all types of roles within automotive industry including technical such as painters and panel beaters
* Emotional intelligence and behavioural understanding
* Able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment, where no two days are the same.
* Confident using IT and can learn new systems.
* ATS experience

* Flexibility with hours
