The firm operates out of offices in 16 countries acting for clients in over 150 clients worldwide, offering exceptional breadth of legal services.
This international practice in recognised by the legal directories for their ability to handle domestic mid-market work a creditor/investor-focused client base, including banks, bondholders and special situations funds.
The firm's Restructuring team have a global focus and are adept at cross-border and national restructuring and contentious insolvency matters. With a practice focussed on creditors, including institutional lenders, bondholders and special situations teams, the firm's Restructuring team is one of the largest nationally with over 40 dedicated lawyers. The team capitalises upon the firm's international offices, particularly in the UAE and their preferred firm network to deliver a seamless cross-border offering.
The firm are now seeking an experienced senior associate to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in restructuring gained from a reputable international or City law firm in London.
