Summary

Looking for a brand new part-time job with satisfaction you'd struggle to find anywhere else? You're in luck as we're looking for someone like you to join our amazing #TeamCraigie in Perth on on a part-time (16 hours per week) basis.

Shift patterns

This 16 hour post this would involve working one shift per week between the hours of 0830-0830 hours (includes a sleepover). Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis for both roles.

The sleepover part of your shift isn't included in your contracted hours, so you will also get an additional £96 for each sleepover worked.

The Role

As a member of our team you'll be providing 1-2-1 support to a fun loving gentleman with complex support needs within his own home. Your main aim will be supporting his day to day personal needs, including meal planning, cooking, housework, personal care and medication.

We'll need you to be fun and outgoing but also enjoy quiet times with the ability to think of fun activities to do on rainy days too.. Some of this gentleman's hobbies and interests include day trips, gardening, full scale modelling and classic cars.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification too!

What we'll need you to bring:-

Good communication skills
A caring attitude and approach
A positive approach to learning
The ability to cook
Confidence in the use of computers

It would be great if you also have:-

A full, clean driving license as this gentleman has his own mobility car and enjoys going out for drives, but this isn't a deal breaker for the right candidate.
