Summary
Alternative Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a reliable and proactive person to provide high quality administrative support within the HR team and to be the first point of contact for visitors to the Trust. This post will assist with the recruitment process, payroll administration and responding to enquiries relating to HR.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Minimum GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in Maths and English;
• To have previous experience of working in a busy office environment;
• A professional outlook and experience;
• Competency in using a range of IT programs;
• Excellent organisation skills;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people.
