Salary: NJC Scale 5 of the APT&C scale (points 11 – 15) £29,583 – £31,440 FTE
Actual £25,412 - £27,007
36 hours per week, term time plus INSET days
An exciting opportunity has arisen for On Call Support (KS3 & KS4) to join The Limes College. We are looking for a strong and dynamic person to work alongside students, encouraging them to manage their emotional, social and behavioural needs positively and proactively within the policies of the academy
The ideal candidate will have:
• English and Maths qualifications GCSE grade A-C or equivalent;
• Experience of working with students with behavioural difficulties and/or additional needs on a one-to-one basis or in small groups;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, students, parents/carers and other professionals.
