Summary
About The Role
At OCS Group, we are recruiting for Civil/Parking Enforcement Officer who will carry out a range of car park management duties to a high standard ensuring a high-quality service is delivered.
- Ensure patrols are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Issue penalty charge notices to any vehicle parked against restriction and record verbal warnings issued to motorist.
- Ensure parking equipment is working correctly and report defects promptly
- Act as ambassadors for the Council, undertaking any others tasks as directed
To succeed in this role you will need:
- The ability to follow instructions and to work within a closely managed operation.
- The ability to ride a bicycle in various weather condition and to remain calm during conflict and tense situations, and a polite, credible and confident approach when dealing with members of the public.
- A willingness to work outside in all weathers and the ability to walk 10 miles per shift.
- £18.76 per hour ( After 6.30 pm)
- £25.02 Sundays and Bank Holidays
