Summary

The Post This is an exciting opportunity for a person with significant experience and strong leadership skills; whom respects and values each individual through person centred ethos,to join as Deputy Manager at the Ade Adepitan Short Break Centre. Ideally you have direct experience being involved with CQC or Ofsted inspection and you are aware of expectations from CQC and Ofsted Inspections. The role involves working in our in-house unique provision, to lead best practice in supporting children and young people with; autistic spectrum disorders, profound disabilities and complex health needs and learning disabilities for the highest standard of care. The Person Do you have: A Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, (or working towards to gaining the qualification) or evidence that you can pass the course. Significant experience of working in a social care setting, managing diverse teams Significant experience of working with children and young people with autistic spectrum disorders, profound disabilities and complex health needs (essential) or significant experience working with young adults/adults with the complex health needs and disorders. Knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards and SCIFF 2024 with proven experience in delivering positive outcomes for young people.
