Summary
In the absence of the Chief Nursing Officer, you'll take the reins, covering both professional and executive director responsibilities. You'll oversee the operational, human, and physical resource management of our Corporate Nursing, Midwifery, and AHP Nursing portfolio, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Partnering with a fellow Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, you'll share the Chief Nursing Officer's portfolio, collaborating closely to deliver top-notch performance and results. Flexibility and adaptability are key as you navigate the ever-changing needs of our team and organization. Working hand in hand with the Chief AHP and Divisional Midwifery and Nursing Directors, you'll ensure a cohesive approach to the portfolio across the organization. Plus, you'll take the lead on strategic corporate projects, managing associated budgets and undertaking Person In Position Of Trust duties.
