Summary

Job Title: Band 2 Administrator Hours of work: Full or Part time hours available (number of hours to be agreed) - Hours will include one late shift per week working until 8pm. Service opening hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 8pm, Friday 8am to 5pm £22,383 pro rata per annum. NHS Warrington Talking Therapies has been in operation since 2011 and is designed to help anyone registered with a Warrington GP, to deal with common mental health problems. These may include depression, anxiety, panic, phobia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The service is staffed by a team of highly skilled mental health professionals such as Mental Health Nurses, Psychological Well Being Practitioners and Therapists specialising in CBT and EMDR. About the role The post holder will be required to provide an effective administration service to the whole team. To politely greet all visitors and clients ensuring that the electronic appointment system runs effectively, including monitoring the flow of clients to and from consulting rooms. Possess a professional telephone manner answering enquiries from health care professionals, clients and the public which may include complaints. Taking telephone messages, responding to emails, and updating electronic records. General office administration duties to include booking assessment and treatment appointments using an electronic booking system, accurate typing skills to include inputting data and referral information from verbal, paper and digital sources. Good record keeping with an understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality. Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, maintain filing, and archive systems and undertake photocopying and other administration duties as required. About you You will be able to demonstrate good organisational skills, you must be able to work as part of a team with good interpersonal skills, be able to follow service policies and procedure and embody a conscientious approach. You must also have a flexible attitude and the ability to cope with a busy office and varied workload where accuracy and attention to detail is essential. It is essential that the post holder has a good basic level of education, which must include GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language. It would be helpful to have experience of using healthcare database systems, however this is not essential as training will be provided.
