Ability to communicate complex and sensitive information effectively with people at all levels by telephone, email, and face to face Knowledge and understanding of Health frameworks for Primary Care Assisting in response if required Desirable Accredited training in long term conditions Wound care management Clinical knowledge and understanding of the principle of evidence-based healthcare Vaccination experience Other requirements: Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
