Summary
The post holder holds line management responsibility for Healthcare Assistants The post holder will work collaboratively with the nursing team and the wider multi-disciplinary team in order to provide an integrated, proactive and high-quality service In the absence of a Senior Nurse/Team Leader, the post holder will take charge of the shift, planning and allocating responsibilities as appropriate Responsible for working alongside and/or supporting volunteers within their team Representing (when required) the service in the absence of the Senior Nurse at internal and external meetings Maintaining good communication and liaison with all other departments, internal and external to Sue Ryder
