Summary
To undertake a wide range of work, which is complex and non routine, requiring an intermediate level of theoretical knowledge normally acquired through formal training and at least three years relative experience. Responsible for fault finding, installation and maintenance across the properties that SWFT Clinical Services Ltd provide Facilities Maintenance Services Provides technical advice to the other Estates maintenance staff and contractors to ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures Core skills will include, but are not limited to, (subject to additional/recognised training where required) some or all of the following Mechanical services: Pressure systems; heating systems; DHW systems; CW systems; ventilation systems; medical gas systems. An element of multi-skilling across the Estates trades will be required. Safety, competence and limitation of the individual's expertise will be assessed and evaluated as part of the multi-skilling process. The job description covers all the details relating to this role.
