Summary
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WHAT YOULL DO You will provide a leadership role and be a skilled member of the neonatal team, attending high risk deliveries and in house transfers across the UHS site. You will support junior staff, new starters and staff undertaking the QIS modules, supervising and mentoring as required. You will be required to supervise student nurses with an expectation that you will become a practice assessor WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR A qualified nurse with neonatal experience who has completed the qualified in speciality course. Experience of leading teams Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Excellent organisational skills Able to work under pressure Evidence of completion of SLIP and Epad training.
