Summary
• Are you a Litigation Solicitor with experience handling own caseload?
• Do you have experience of a working in commercial and civil litigation?
• Do you have supervisory/management experience and business development
skills? (Not essential but preferred).
• Are you seeking a role with good long-term prospects?
The role is based in Newcastle. You will head up the litigation department, supported by a Paralegal and have the autonomy to make the role your own. The caseload includes; fast and multi-track commercial and civil litigation cases, including company and shareholder disputes, property disputes, contentious probate and negligence.
