Job title: Careers and Employability Adviser, Full time, 35 hours per week

Salary: £40,049 to £43,372 pa inclusive of London Weighting Allowance

We are looking for a Careers and Employability Adviser to support the aspirations and graduate outcomes of our diverse cohort of students. You will work as part of a dedicated student-facing team to deliver activities that support the career development of a diverse cohort of Roehampton students and graduates. The postholder will ideally hold a higher education teaching qualification such as Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) or equivalent portfolio demonstrating teaching expertise including curriculum design and assessment experience.

You will focus on enhancing graduate outcomes by supporting students and graduates to gain work experience through internships, placements, and other co-curricular work experience programmes. Key elements of this role include increasing external employer presence on campus, in the curriculum, developing employer engagement opportunities for students across the University and representing the Student Futures Team at departmental -led employability events.
