Summary

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Bromley to assist with the appointment of a Community Safety Coordinator , on a 3-month contract, likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £16.43 - £20.88 per hour

Summary:

Co-ordinate multi-agency Community Safety events and activity, including promotion and collation of data and feedback.
Reviewing, assessing, responding to referrals and enquiries received through the Community Safety mailboxes and assigning or scheduling them through the appropriate process.
Maintaining records, including Action Logs and Delivery Plans, and reporting on progress.
Responsibilities:

Monitor Community Safety mailboxes daily, providing timely responses to enquiries and undertaking initial assessments of referrals to ensure they are complete and determine if they meet the required thresholds for onward processing through the relevant process, such as the ASB Panel, Problem Solving Group and Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference.
Attend meetings, including but not limited to, the Safer Bromley Partnership, ASB Panel, Problem Solving Group, Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference, Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panel and take accurate notes, maintaining the relevant Decision, Action & Notes (DAN) logs.
Contribute to the continuous development of practices within the Community Safety Team to ensure the efficient use of time and resources.
To ensure that all records, particularly sensitive personal data, is collected, transferred, and stored confidentially and in compliance with General Data Protection Regulations and the Data Protection Act 2018
In consultation with the Community Safety Manager and Officer, coordinate multi-agency events and activities. Prepare event documents, such as Briefings, collate feedback and updates from events to support associated publication and promotion.
Qualifications:

Evidence of continuous professional, personal, and/or workplace development.
Experience:
Experience of working in a multi-agency environment is desireable.
Experience of providing professional responses to enquiries.
Experiences of using IT, particularly Excel and Outlook.
