As a Instructor (Circuit Training Spartan) what does the role entail:
As an Instructor (Circuit Training Spartan) you will hold a relevant qualification or Gym Level 2. You will have previous experience of teaching the above discipline in a busy fitness environment.
2 sessions per week;
• Thursday 18.30pm-19.15pm
• Saturday 9.30am-10.15am
Your day will consist of …
• Deliver a high standard, quality service in the above discipline.
• Ensure professional standards are maintained and developed.
• Educate and instruct customers on correct technique and proper form.
• Support members in achieving their fitness goals.
• To ensure qualifications remain up to date and materials used are approved by your registered qualification.
• To ensure the health and safety of all members and participants.

• You have a recognised Level 2 Fitness Instructor Qualification.
• You have experience teaching the above discipline in a busy fitness environment.
• You have a firm commitment to providing excellence in customer service
• You have a commitment to team-working and respect and consideration for the skills of others.
• You enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment.
• You are a friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking individual.
• You can work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
• You strive to achieve quality outcomes for the organisation and those it serves.
