You will join our amazing team at our residential service in Deeping St James which has been rated Good by CQC. We support 5 adults with dual sensory complex needs including physical disabilities and challenging behaviour.

This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. We are offering £25,370 per annum (£13.01 per hour) with enhanced rates for overtime and annual pay reviews.

Shifts vary but generally start around 07.00am with the latest start around 4.30pm. You will be expected to work every other weekend.

We are located in Deeping St James with the town of Market Deeping 5 minutes away and Peterborough City Centre 20 minutes away.

No two days will be the same



This role might include supporting people with:

Supporting individuals with everyday tasks like cooking and cleaning.
Personal care and hygiene.
Medication and wellbeing.
Going into the community for shopping or other trips.
Assisting the manager in running the service
Supervising frontline support workers
Contributing to the continued development of the service
Supporting with recruitment and induction of new team members

Please note, this role may include regular sleep-in shifts paid at £50 a night (This means sleeping over at the residence, with the possibility you might have to wake up to provide care in the night.)
