Summary
Your key responsibilities will include:
To maintain a professional image of the organisation and promote organisational policies and procedures
To assist the finance team with any administrative task required.
To take calls directed to the finance team and field as necessary.
To support the Head of Finance with all admin related tasks.
Your essential skills and requirements will include:
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
Experience in providing a wide range of administrative support in a busy office environment
A minimum of 1 year work experience in an office setting.
Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Must have exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent IT skills with extensive experience of using Microsoft Office and reporting software.
