Summary
We require a senior care assistant to work night shifts in our small care home of 15 residents.
Night duty is from 20.00 hrs - 08.00hrs - you will be required to follow a rota of 5 nights at work followed by 5 nights not at work - this is a rolling rota which follows this pattern.
As a senior care asssitant you will be responsible person in charge of the shift - duties include, medication management, staff supervision and delegation, recognising residents needs and responding to any health concerns appropriately.
