The governors, staff and students at Brine Leas School are seeking to appoint a dynamic and skilled professional, who will be inspirational and successful in teaching in the Business and Languages curriculum area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the academic development of students.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-resourced and highly successful Business and Languages curriculum area and should have the ability, drive and commitment to maintain and improve the current success rate. You should have:
• A real passion for teaching and learning
• The ability to inspire, challenge and motivate pupils along with the ability to manage behaviour
• Evidence of sustained and measurable impact as a teacher
• A willingness to contribute to the school and multi academy trust at all levels
• A willingness to be supportive of the faculty drive to enable all students to achieve their full potential
The ideal candidate will be able to successfully teach Business Studies at GCSE. The post will include teaching in KS3, KS4 and KS5.
