Summary

We are currently undergoing recruitment for an internal position as ‘Recruitment Consultant’ to join us at PRS.
Backed by an experienced recruitment and marketing team we are looking for someone confident in promoting our services and able to bring new positions and opportunities to our candidates and clients. This is a demanding role so the ideal candidate would be versatile and highly career driven. We need someone talented to be able to drive forward recruitment leads and develop positive relationships with a range of clients.
Full training will be given, we are looking for flare and a desire to learn and achieve.

• 08:00 – 16:00
• 15:00 finish on a Friday
Main Roles and Responsibilities
• Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
• Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships (driving licence essential)
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
• Drafting terms of business, negotiating pay and charge rates
• Working to agreed weekly targets, including onboarding clients and assignment placing.
• Liaising with our marketing team to advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts and using recruitment platforms and social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
• Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
• Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
• Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
• Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
• Briefing the team and the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
• Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants
• Organising interviews for candidates as requested by the client
• Informing candidates about the results of interviews
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates
• Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
• Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
Qualities we are looking for in a candidate
• Full UK Driving license is essential due to the location of the business and nature of the position (visiting clients)
• Experience within a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given
• Ideally suited to someone looking to develop their long term career
• Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
• Someone who thrives in a fast paced role
• Someone who is charismatic and has the ability to foster strong working relationships with clients and candidates
• The role is target based so someone with a winning attitude and strong ambition is essential
• Previous experience within a sales or customer service role would be desirable, but not essential
• Knowledge of different working industries is advantageous
