Our client, a very successful and multi-award-winning estate agency, based in Quedgeley are looking for a confident Administrator to join their Financial Services team.
The main purpose of this role is to provide high quality administrative support to all of the Financial Services team. You will be provided with the best in-house training and support to fulfil the duties of your role. Although advantageous, financial Services experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively progressing applications through to completion
- Data entry
- Regular liaison with lenders, providers, Solicitors and clients to obtain updates and ensure a smooth process from start to finish
- Ensuring all documents are uploaded and communications are recorded on the appropriate systems within network timescales
- Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
Candidate Attributes:
- Organisational skills
- Reliable and committed
- The ability to work within a team and to deadlines
Hours: Monday – Friday - 9am – 5.30pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience + free parking
