Summary
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the care of patients in the Emergency Department(ED). They will have direct responsibility for the management of patients. A consultant is present on the shop floor between 8am to 00:00. Outside these hours one of the middle grade doctors is designated to undertake the lead role and works in close liaison with the nurse co-ordinator to ensure the department runs efficiently.
