Summary
To deliver high quality, patient focussed, evidence based care to patients with acute and chronic Heart Failure and Cardiology issues. To support the Heart Failure and Cardiology Team in delivering care services to the population of Morecambe Bay. These services include (but are not exclusive): Heart Failure Clinics and Home Visits Arrhythmia Clinics Colleague and system wide training
