Summary
Lead the Nursing and Healthcare team to ensure safe and effective Nursing practices are embedded throughout Schoen Clinic Birmingham. Work with the Hospital Director and Rota team to ensure the rota is safely staffed to meet the needs of the service. Participate and organise the Senior Nurse on-call rota, managing day to day ward issues in line with Schoen Clinic policies. Audit the on-call requirements with the nursing team and be aware and knowledgeable of when it is appropriate to the escalate matters to the medical or management team.
