Summary
This role ensures the health needs of Cared for Children in Cheshire East are supported to reach their optimum health. The role hashas distinct duties and responsibilities to achieve this goal Inter-agency liaison and participation in multiagency meetings Advisory and Clinical guidance for 0 - 19 practitioners and other professionals Service Delivery Responsibilities through organisation and management of health care provision for a case load Contributing and implementing policy, procedures, protocols and statutory guidance Participation in the planning and delivery of multi agency and Trust training Developing and participating in clinical audits
