Summary

Support Worker (Mental Health)

Pay rate: £13 p/h

Working Hours: 7:45am – 7:45pm & 7:45pm – 7:45am

We’re looking for highly-experienced Support Worker (Mental Health) to look after a client on a 4:1 basis.

Based in Church Eaton, Stafford, at the client’s own home, you’ll be caring for a young adult with extremely challenging behaviours, a personality disorder and high levels of need.

Applicants need to have access to their own car due to the location of the client’s home.

You’ll receive bespoke training from our in-house Academy, 24/7 support from our clinical and senior management team, and a range of career development opportunities and employee benefits.

Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence

You'll be providing care and support to a client, who's individual needs include:

    • Learning Disabilities
    • Challenging behaviour
    • Mental Health
    • Personality Disorder

    Must have experience with above.
