Job Description:
Our fantastic client, a renowned veterinary practice in North West London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Nurse to lead their veterinary team. As the Head Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and guiding the nursing team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
The nurse leader provides leadership, collaborates with senior leadership, mentors the team, contributes to patient care, maintains equipment, ensures supply availability, assists in budget planning, upholds clinical standards, manages resources, creates a comfortable environment, maintains hygiene, and contributes to team-based care.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in small animal practice, including at least 12 months in a leadership role. They must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) eligible to work in the UK and have a strong passion for teaching and mentoring. Additionally, they should demonstrate openness to new ideas, adaptability to change, and a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.

Working Hours and benefits:
• Monday to Friday: 8 am - 8 pm
• Saturday: 8 am - 12:30 pm (on a rotational basis)
• Choice between a 4 or 5-day working week.
