Night Veterinary Nurse (Maternity Cover) - Middlesex
• Night RVN role at a RCVS accredited small animal hospital in the charming town of Northolt in Middlesex
• State-of-the-art facilities including a new CT scanner and a diploma holder in imaging who oversees their CT and ultrasound services
• Full time Night role - 37 hours per week
• Excellent salary up to £39,000 DOE
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our client in a maternity leave role. Our client is situated in the charming town of Northolt in Middlesex, and they are proud to be a state-of-the-art, RCVS accredited small animal hospital. With their commitment to providing exceptional care, they have become a cornerstone of the local community.
As an RVN you will play a crucial role in caring for hospitalised patients and assisting with emergencies as they arise. You will work closely alongside their on-site veterinary surgeon and collaborate with their experienced team to deliver high-quality veterinary care to all patients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a RVN who wants to gain experience in the world of nights and emergency and critical care (ECC) without making a long-term commitment. While this role is initially maternity cover, our client is dedicated to their colleagues and will make every effort to find a permanent position within the group that suits you if you choose to stay on.
The hospital boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a new CT scanner, a diploma holder in imaging who oversees their CT and ultrasound services, a strong medical team, and experienced surgeons routinely conducting advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and minimally invasive surgery.
In 2022, our client celebrated their 70th anniversary, and they have grown to include 44 branches, three hospitals, and their own nurse training college. The Role:
• Full time Night Role - 37 hours each week
• Working a 4 on and 8 off rota (with some additional night shifts to average out at 37 hours per week over 52 weeks)
