Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
£11.50 per hour plus overtime

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others? Our client in Market Weighton is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Female Learning Disabilities Support Workers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to adults with learning disabilities and autism who reside in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with basic personal care tasks
• Supporting residents with cooking and cleaning
• Ensuring medication is taken as prescribed
• Assisting with dressing and attending appointments
• Engaging residents in various activities both at home and in the community, including board games, Xbox, movies, arts & crafts, swimming, and shopping
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable
• Willingness to undergo training if necessary
• Must live locally or have access to transportation
• Compassionate and patient demeanour
