Job Description:
Ethero, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Melbourne, Derbyshire, UK. The primary responsibility of this role is to efficiently and effectively operate their new machines which involves mixing ingredients and working to specific time schedules. The job entails working in a heavy, dusty, and repetitive environment, attention to detail, and physical capability to lift multiple 25kg bags.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the machines according to established procedures.
- Ensure the quality and efficiency of production output.
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in production is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting multiple 25kg bags.
- Excellent reliability and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime as required.
Additional Information:
- Specialised personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
