Summary
Here at Take Wellness our aim is to create amazing Wellness spaces for our clients.
We are now looking for an additional enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated experienced Hot Tub Engineer to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outside, liaising with customers, and solving problems!
You will be responsible for:
Organising and overseeing the installation of hot tubs and swims spas.
Diagnosing and repairing spas (various models).
Undertaking regular servicing and maintenance of hot tubs, swims spas and saunas.
Delivering excellent customer service, keeping pace with work scheduling requirements, manging your time effectively and efficiently.
Ordering parts.
Overseeing the ‘handover’ and aftercare of hot tubs and spas for our customers.
Being an authoritative on hot tub and swim issues to enable response to customer queries.
Upselling of accessories, chemicals, and services.
You will need:
Engineer/Qualified Plumber/Electrician Desirable.
Hot tub repair/service maintenance experience is desirable but not essential as we provide all the training you need!
Ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
Be physically fit, this can be a demanding role with heavy lifting and tight spaces at times.
Not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Well-presented who can interact well with customers and build a good relationship representing the company in the right manner.
To work independently and solve problems at times but who can also work as part of a team and is motivated and pro-active and make a positive impact to the business.
A full UK clean driving licence
This is a physical job and is mainly spent outdoors, a uniform and van will be provided to enable you to visit clients and undertake work. Some weekend work will be required.
Salary: Starting at £25,000 (plenty of opportunity to develop and progress)
