Are you an enthusiastic member of senior leadership who is looking for the next step in their career or an experienced Head looking for new challenge?

LTF Recruitment are seeking an Headteacher to join our forward-thinking primary school in the E16 area. Your main responsibilities with be Pupil premium, Behaviour management and Curriculum. There is an expectation to stay late for governors' meetings and some work over holidays. This role is offered on a permanent basis for the successful candidate.

Who are we looking for?
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and experience of teaching in a primary school setting.
- Experience as either an assistant head or as an acting Headteacher.
- Experience of leading on pupil premium and raising attainment for disadvantaged pupils.
- Experience of leading on behaviour management, and a strong commitment to ensuring that all pupils feel safe and supported.
- Experience of leading on curriculum development, and a commitment to ensuring that all pupils receive an engaging broad and balanced curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
