We are seeking proactive and driven individuals to join our team in Cannock as E-commerce Operatives. As an integral part of our IT sales department, you will play a pivotal role in increasing our E-commerce revenue by leveraging market insights and effectively targeting the right audience through online selling platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently process orders and ensure timely delivery of goods to meet customer requirements.
Lead, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods through production.
Support the smooth processing of orders, meeting customer timescales and requirements.
Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers using appropriate methods.
Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.
Implement and suggest improvements to management systems and working practices in collaboration with your manager.
Collaborate with your manager to plan future capacity requirements such as overtime and absence cover.
