Summary
We are looking for a reliable individual to work in our family run business. You will be working with a close knit team, we are looking for someone with the ‘likeability factor, an excellent time keeper with a positive ‘can – do attitude’.
The right candidate will need to have :
- A good work ethic
- The ability to work on their own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities and Duties to include (but not exhaustive)
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Picking and checking orders
- Goods in/out procedures
- Storing stock safely
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
- Assisting customers .
If this sounds like you and you have a FLT licence (preferred not essential) we would love to hear from you.
This role requires extensive use of back, legs, knees, arms, feet and hands for lifting, stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching overhead, and walking. Unassisted lifting limits between 30 and 50 lbs. Individuals may be required to do any or all of these situations throughout the work day, with an emphasis on walking and standing for a major portion of the day. The outside environment will comprise most of the day
Due to our location own transport essential.
40 hours per week:-
Start time between 6am - 8am
Finish time between 3.30pm - 6pm
Overtime available paid at time and a half
Full training and safety equipment will be provided.
