Summary

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a FM Team Leader to join our in-house Facitilities Management team on a full time, permanent basis. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The role

As a FM Team Leader, you will deliver a successful facilities management team and be accountable for the successful delivery of the maintenance and improvement work across the Group. You will be a point of contact for operatives and provide supervisory support to the team and support the Group Supervisor in the management of the team. Typical duties include support with works delivery, surveying, assessing work requirements, quality auditing of work completions, liaising with internal and external customers across the Group. In addition,you will support with the welfare of all head office buildings, to ensure that the materials supply service is managed and continuously improved and that use of materials is managed efficiently and wastage is controlled.

What skills and experience we are looking for:

Experience of working with internal and external partners to resolve issues
Knowledge of dealing with minor repairs and maintenance issues to communal areas when instructed
Experience of working in a team environment
Knowledge and management and leadership experience in a commercial amenity of facilities
Good IT skills – competent in the use of general IT systems and spreadsheets
Committment to customer care
Builds strong relationships through excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills
An ability to be pro-active, use own initiative and be self driven to achieve agreed individual targets
