Summary
• To be responsible for the direct day-to-day care of the children.
• To provide support, praise and encouragement to the children and to complete supportive tasks and duties.
• To work a shift pattern which will include weekends, evenings, nights and bank holidays.
• To be able to use ‘safe hold’ techniques.
• To be able to write detailed daily records – to a high standard.
• To undertake instructions given by the senior management team.
• To be aware of and understand the importance of the ‘Therapeutic Approach’ at Rainbow House.
