Are you passionate about Employee Relations (ER) and looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy working with various stakeholders and managing ER projects?

We have a brand new opportunity to join our ER team as a Senior ER Specialist, where you will work in conjunction with our People Partnering and Shared Services teams to support the ER aspect in the delivery of our People Strategy across Acacium Group.

We're looking for a organised and solutions focused professional to lead the ER service and business strategy as an SME for all ER projects. As an expert in your field you will also provide an effective, robust advisory service to stakeholders across the Group, building stakeholder capability in proactively addressing ER processes to lead to earlier interventions and less requirement to enter formal ER procedures.

Every day you will...

Drive and lead on key ER projects including Policy Projects, TUPE, Re-Org design, from creating and executing project plans through to regular updates, communicating outcomes with relevant stakeholders
Deliver all ER training and fundamental sessions for the business
Coach, mentor and drive ER team members to perform and increase productivity within their roles
Manage a complex ER caseload when required
Manage subject access requests and settlement agreements effectively, ensuring the correct deadlines are being met and thorough negotiations are being completed with external legal teams
Gather, analyse, and provide data and key KPIs to the Group Employee Relations Manager and SLT

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

A background in ER
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong project management skills with experience in managing ER projects e.g. TUPE and re-org design
A CIPD level 5-7
