As a Lifeguard what does the role entail:
Your day will consist of …
• To comply with the Pool Safe Operating Procedures at all times.
• To perform lifeguarding and attendant duties as directed by your supervisor
• To ensure that all pool equipment is stored safely and securely when not in use.
• To report any maintenance issues using the appropriate procedures.
• To attend regular Lifeguard training sessions to ensure ongoing personal development and compliance of the requirements of the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
This job is for you, if…
• You have experience in working as a Lifeguard or in a Leisure facility.
• You have a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or willing to attend the course.
• You are able to follow routine verbal and written instructions.
• You have a firm commitment to providing excellence in customer service
• You understand the need for confidentiality with a professional and caring approach to work.
• You have a commitment to team-working and respect and consideration for the skills of others.
• You enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment.
• You are a friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking individual who are keen to learn new skills.
Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
