We are looking for an experienced manager to manage our residential care home based in Erdington for Adults who are profoundly Deaf and have learning disabilities/mental health. You will have the knowledge and experience to ensure that we continue to provide a high standard of care, meeting legislative requirements and Care Quality Commission standards as the Registered Home Manager.

The successful candidate will:

Be self-motivated
Possessing effective finance and budgeting skills
Have good knowledge of care planning, health and safety and risk assessment along
Have staff management skills and experience
Our home is supported by a highly skilled and dedicated staff team, comprising of 1 Deputy Manager, 12 support workers and a small pool of relief workers. You will possess excellent leadership and management skills, to manage and develop staff supported by the Deputy Manager.
