The Role
Lead the clinical team ensuring residents’ medical, physical and emotional needs are met.
To Ensure compliance ensure our clinical governance framework is followed at all times.
Mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
Provide outstanding leadership for all colleagues.
As a named nurse support residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels.
Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home

Essential Requirements
An NMC Registered Nurse
Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans
Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and clinical knowledge
