Summary

We are seeking Registered Children's Nurses to join our Specialist Team to lead care and support for our young clients in their homes.



This is an opportunity to make a difference to our young clients and their caregivers by providing and leading round the clock care.



We have various shifts patterns including day and night cover available.



**Experience and skills: **



You must be a Registered Paediatric Nurse

Able to demonstrate Clinical skills such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, nebuliser management, stoma care, gastro feed etc

Excellent communication and attentive listening skills

Ability to prioritise the complex needs of our customers

Competent in completing all necessary paperwork in order to deliver a person centred approach to care

Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
