Are you ready to take your HR career to the next level? Are you a true generalist HR professional who is solution focused and a great relationship builder? We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our HR Business Partner Team supporting the Health and Social Care Partnership. This is on a fixed term basis for 20 months to support during a period of increased demand in service delivery.

This is a key role in one of our small HR teams supporting the HR Business Partner and Senior HR Advisor. As our HR Officer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in coaching, engaging with stakeholders and working amongst a full spectrum of HR matters including culture, organisational change, transformation and service reviews making a real impact on the services you will support.

Consideration would be given to anyone wishing to undertake a secondment from partnership organisations such as, but not limited to, local government, leisure trusts and the NHS.
